ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 85089 BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
WARD One
GENERAL LOCATION Knaebel Bluffs Subdivision
ZONING CHANGE FROM A-1 Single Family
TO RD Two Family
4 WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties ; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 8508 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from A-1 Single Family to RD Two Family, and the following
described property is and it is hereby rezoned accordingly:
Beginning at a point being the intersection of
the center lines of Riverview Drive and Old St. Louis
Road; thence northerly along the centerline of River-
view Drive until its intersection with the westerly
extension of the northerly lot line of Lot #24, Knaebel
Bluff Subdivision; thence easterly along a line
N83029'E, until its intersection with the centerline
NW of Knaebel Lane; thence southerly along the centerline
of Knaebel Lane till its intersection with the center-
line of Old St. Louis Road; thence westerly along the
centerline of Old St. Louis Road to the point of
beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
