AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 85089 BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
WARD Three
GENERAL LOCATION Douglas Drive and West Main
ZONING CHANGE FROM A-1 Single Family
TO RD Two Family
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties ; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 8508 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from A-1 Single Family to RD Two Family, and the following
described property is and it is hereby rezoned accordingly:
Lot No. 13, West Douglas Place, in the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, per plat of record in Plat
Book 4, page 6, Cole County Recorder's Office;
EXCEPT the northerly 61 feet thereof.
ALSO: Part of Lot No. 12, West Douglas Place,
in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, per plat of
record in Plat Book 4, page 6, Cole County Recorder's
Office, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of said Lot
No. 12; thence easterly along the southerly line
thereof, 55 feet; thence northerly 100 feet, 'to the
point of intersection with the east line of said
Lot No. 12; thence northerly along the easterly
line of said Lot No. 12, to a point 61 feet southerly
from the northeasterly corner of said Lot; thence
westerly to the westerly line of said Lot No. 12;
thence southerly along the said westerly line, to
the point of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect f m and after the date of its pa ge and approval.
