AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONEN-1 CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
GENERAL LOCATION Brookdale Drive
ZONING CHANGE FROM RS-2 to RD u, _
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth for re-
zoning; and a hearing held on said change , after due notice to
Affim all parties ; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 8508 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the following described real property be
rezoned from RS- 2 Single Family Dwelling to RD Two Family
and the following described property is and it is hereby re-
zoned accordingly:
