AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
WARD Four
GENERAL LOCATION 1620-1622 St. Mary's Blvd.
ZONING CHANGE TO RD - Two-family dwelling_^
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties ; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 8508 have been complied with
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from single family to RD two-family dwelling, and the
following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
accordingly:
Lot 16 and Lot 17 of Browns Highland Addition.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after the date of its passage and approval.
