AN ORDINANCE 'OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 7918 RELATING TO THE NON-RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY
CODE, NOS. 11920 and 8196 RELATING TO THE ELECTRICAL CODE, NO.
7842 RELATING TO THE FIRE PREVENTION CODE, NO. 7718 RELATING
TO THE MINIMUM HOUSING STANDARDS CODE, NO. 8011 RELATING TO THE
PLUMBING CODE, NO. 8012 RELATI.WG TO THE BUILDING CODE, AND ALL
AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ALL PRIOR ORDINANCES RELATING TO THE
SAME SUBJECTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 7918 and all amendments thereto
and all prior ordinances and amendments relating to the Non-
Residential Property Code of the City of Jefferson are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2 . Ordinance Nos. 7920 and 8196 and all amendments
thereto and all prior ordinances and amendments relating to
the Electrical Code of the City of Jefferson are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 7842 and all amendments thereto
and all prior ordinances and amendments relating to the Fire
Aft Prevention Code of the City of Jefferson are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. Ordinance No. 7718 and all amendments thereto
and all prior ordinances and amendments relating to the Minimum
Housing Code of the City of Jefferson are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5. Ordinance No. 8011 and all amendments thereto
and all prior ordinances and amendments relating to the Plumbing
Code of the City of Jefferson are hereby repealed.

SECTION 6. Ordinance No. 8012 and all amendments thereto
and all prior ordinances and amendments relating to the Building
Code of the City of Jefferson are hereby repealed.
SECTION 7. Effective Date This ordinance shall be in
force and take effect from and after its passage and approval.
