AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ALLOWING SENIOR CITIZENS, OVER SIXTY-FIVE (65) YEARS OF AGE, TO BE ISSUED A SENIOR GOLDEN PASS TO RIDE THE CITY BUSES DURING OFF PEAK HOURS, FOR ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) PER YEAR. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS; Section 1. The City of Jefferson, in respect to its citizens over sixty-five (65) years of age, who have helped to build this community, will be issued a Senior Golden Pass , to ride the City buses during the off peak hours . These off peak hours will be from nine o' clock A.M. to three o'clock P.M. Section 2. The Senior Golden Pass will be issued by the office of the City Collector of the City of Jefferson, for a period of one year, to expire on December 31, for the price of one ($1.00) dollar per year. To obtain such a Pass , the applicant must submit proper proof as to age and residency in the City of Jefferson. Section 3.
