D) PUBLIC COMMENTS E) TREASURER’S REPORT – INVESTMENT & ACCOUNTS 1) Seeking a motion to approve the Cash and Investment Report f or January – June 2012. Roll call vote. 2) Seeking a motion to approve the Revenue and Expenditure Re port for the 1st Quarter 2012. G) APPLICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP - Anthony Novak has successfully transferred 4 years, 10 months, 25 days of credit able service from the Chicago Pension Fund to the Plainfield Polic e Pension Fund. His original hire date with the Plainfield Police Pens ion Fund of April 17, 2003 is now adjusted to May 24, 1998. Total payments received $104,826.31. PAGE 2 JULY 12, 2012 AGENDA MEETING OF PLAINFIELD POLICE PENSION FUND H) APPLICATIONS FOR BENEFITS On May 14, 2012 at a Public Hearing held at the Pl ainfield Law Enforcement Center at 6:30 p.m. Officer Glen Sandmire w as granted a Non-Duty Disability pension beginning June 1, 2012 in the amount of $43,044.50 annually. I) OLD BUSINESS 1) Status on updating the Investment Policy . 2) Follow up with Todd Schroeder of Lauterbach & Amen on fair tax levy for the Village’s pension contribution. 3) Jeff Cook has contacted Greg Kiesewetter, of Alper Services, about obtaining Fiduciary Liability Insurance for Board members. All requested documents have been forward to Greg and it is now in the ha nds of the Underwriters. 4) The Village of Plainfield Police Pension Board Administr ative Rules/Regulations was adopted in October 2011. J) NEW BUSINESS 1) Election of Board Officers 2) Member Workshop presented by Allison Barrett of Lauterbach & Amen 3) Investment Performance Reports from Sawyer/Faldu to Asset Management, LLC 4) Seeking a motion to accept the Investment Perform ance Reports as presented.
