AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 81779 THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE, BY REPEALING
SECTION 7.210 AND SECTION 7.2202 REGARDING WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8177, The Parking and Traffic
Code, by repealing Section 7.210, Weight restrictions, streets and
bridges, and Section 7.220, Through traffic prohibited.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
