AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE, BY PROHIBITING
PARKING ON A PORTION OF THE NORTH HALF OF ELLIS BOULEVARD AT ITS
INTERSECTION WITH CHRISTY BOULEVARD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8177, The Parking and
Traffic Code, Section 10. 100, Parking prohibited at all times
where, Sub-section (A) , by inserting a new Paragraph, to be
known as Paragraph (288) , and to read as follows :
(288) On the north half of Ellis
Boulevard extending 625 feet
east of centerline of Christy
Boulevard.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
