AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE, BY PROHIBITING
PARKING ON A PORTION OF THE SOUTH HALF OF STADIUM BOULEVARD AT
ITS INTERSECTION WITH SOUTHWEST BOULEVARD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8177, The Parking and
Traffic Code, Section 10.1.00, Parking prohibited at all times
where, Sub-section (A) , by inserting a new paragraph, to be
known as Paragraph (791) , and to read as follows :
(791) On the south half of Stadium
Boulevard extending 100 feet
east of Southwest Boulevard.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
