AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE, BY PROHIBITING
PARKING ON A SECTION OF NEBRASKA STREET AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH
OHIO STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8177, The Parking and
Traffic Code, Section 10.100, Parking prohibited at all times
where, Sub-section (A) , by inserting a new Paragraph, to be
known as Paragraph (741) , and to read as follows :
(741) On the north half of Nebraska
Street extending 70 feet west
of Ohio Street.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect immediately upon. its passage and approval.
