AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE, BY PROHIBITING
PARKING ON BOTH SIDES OF THE 800 BLOCK OF OHIO STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8177, The Parking and
Traffic Code, Section 10.100, Parking prohibited at all times
where, Sub-section (A) , by inserting a new Paragraph, to be
known as Paragraph (746) , and to read as follows :
(746) On both sides of Ohio Street
in the 800 block.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
