AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AMENDING ORDINANCE
8503 RELATING TO FIXING THE SALARIES AND EXPENSE ACCOUNTS OF CITY
ELECTIVE AND APPOINTIVE OFFICIALS, BY REPEALING SUBSECTION JW OF
SECTION L, THEREOF, AND ENACTING A NEW SECTION RELATING TO THE
' SAME SUBSECTION.
BE TI ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Subsection 2 of Section 1 of Ordinance 8503
relating to the salary and expense account of the City Attorney
be it the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. There is hereby enacted a new provision relating
to the salary and expense account of the City Attorney to be
known as Subsection 2 of Section 1 of 8503 which shall read
in words and figures as follows:
Section 1 (2) The City Attorney shall receive the sum of
$550 per month as salary and in addition thereto, shall receive
$ 8' per month as an expense account.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after V f _ 1973.
