AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AMENDING ORDINANCE
8503 RELATING TO FIXING THE SALARIES AND EXPENSE ACCOUNTS OF CITY
ELECTIVE AND APPOINTIVE OFFICIALS, BY REPEALING SUBSECTION 3 OF
SECTION 1, THEREOF, AND ENACTING A NEW SECTION RELATING TO THE
SAME SUBSECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Subsection 3 of Section 1 of Ordinance 8503
relating to the salary of the Police Judge be it the same is
hereby repealed.
Section 2. There is hereby enacted a new provision relating
to the salary of the Police Judge to be known as Subsection 3
of Section 1 of 8503 which shall read in words and figures as
follows:
Section 1 (3) The Police Judge shall receive the sum of
$500 per month as salary.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after /({� 1973.
