IAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY Ole JEFFERSON,
jMISSOURI AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING CERTAfIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
GENERAL LOCATION Southridge Drive
ZONING CHANGE FROM Single Family to RA
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth for rezoning; and
a hearing held on said change, after due notice to all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in Ordinance 8508
have been complied with.
Aft NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be rezoned from
RS-2 Single Family Dwelling to RA Multiple Dwelling and the following
described property is and it is hereby rezoned accordingly:
From the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of
the southwest quarter of said Section 13; thence
N5°10'W, along the Quarter Quarter Section Line, 472. 56
feet to the point of beginning for this description;
thence continuing N5°10 W, along said Quarter Quarter
Section Line 227. 28 feet; thence N84°10'E, 30.0 feet;
thence N5°101W, 116 . 78 feet; thence N84°50'E, 135.0
feet; thence N46°40 'E, 387.64 feet; thence S26°11'E,
447.60 feet to Old Route C; thence S46°40'W, along
Old Route C, 512. 9 feet; thence N5°10'W, 198.0 feet ;
thence S85°30'W, 165.0 feet to the point of beginning.
Bearings are magnetic.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after the date of its passage and approval.
