AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING
r? AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CLERK OF THE CITY TO EXECUTE AN
j' URBAN AGREEMENT WITH THE MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY COMMISSION
RELATING TO BUSINESS ROUTE 50 WEST OF DIX ROAD TO EAST OF
SOUTHWEST BOULEVARD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City are hereby
authorized and directed, for an in the name of the City, to
execute an urban agreement with the Missouri State Highway
Commission relating to Business Route 50 west of Dix Road to
east of Southwest Boulevard.
SECTION 2. Said urban agreement shall read in words and
figures as follows :

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
