ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE, BY PROHIBITING
PARKING ON PORTIONS OF MYRTLE STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amending Section 10. 100 , subsection (A) ,
parking prohibited at all times where, by adding two new
paragraphs to be numbered (740. 1) and (740. 2) and to read as
AM follows:
(740. 1) On the east side of Myrtle Street from
Swifts Highway to Stadium Blvd.
(740. 2) On the west side of Myrtle Street 133 Ft.
south from the north curb of Swifts
Highway.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
