AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. $177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY PROHIBITING PARKING ON BROADWAY STREET FROM
MCCARTY STREET SOUTH TO THE ALLEY.
!BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend 10.100, Section A, Parking prohibited at
all times where, by adding a new paragraph, to be numbered (96) ,
and to read as follows:
(96) On Broadway Street from McCarty Street
south to the alley.
Section 2. This ordinance whall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
