AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE REPLAT OF PART OF WEAVERS SUBDIVISION AND PART OF
OUTLOT NO. 73 , IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. Joseph Weaver, Sr. and Helen F. Weaver, owner:
of the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council
for approval a re-plat of said real estate , being located in
Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri , and more particularly
described as follows :
Lot Nos . 9 , 10 , 15 & 16 of Weaver Subdivision , as per
plat of record in Book 7 , Page 77 , Cole County
Recorder's Office , and part of Outlot No. 73 , in the
City of Jefferson, County of Cole , Missouri , more
particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of said Lot 14;
thence N550281W, along the northerly line of said
Lot 14 , 147 . 75 feet to the Northwest Corner there-
of; thence N350001E, along the Westerly lines of
Lot Nos . 15 and 16 , and the Northerly extension
thereof, 132 . 8 feet; thence S550231E, 19 feet; thence
N89000 'E, 39 . 0 feet ; thence N750501E , 32 . 0 feet ;

SECTION 2 . It appearing that said plat has been duly
and properly signed and accepted by the owner of said Sub-
division , known and referred to as re-plat of Weavers Sub-
division and part of Outlot No. 73 , that all taxes have been
paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter
445 , Revised Statutes of Missouri , 1969 , and amendments thereto,
entitled "Plats ," have been fully complied with by the afore-
said owner of said Subdivision, and that in all respects the
requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri , relating to plats and subdivisions
have been complied with, NOW THEREFORE :
The plat of land of Joseph Weaver, Sr. and Helen F. Weaver ,
known and referred to as Weavers Subdivision, lying , being and
situate within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri , as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made a
part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the
City Council of the City of Jefferson , Missouri , and the Mayor
of said City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri , after the passage and approval of this ordinance are
given the authority and are hereby directed to endorse accept-
ance of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of
same under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
