AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
AS ENACTED IN ORDINANCE 8508 BY REZONING CERTAIN SPECIFICALLY
I, DESCRIBED LAND ON TANNER BRIDGE ROAD FROM R-2 RESIDENTIAL TO
S SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE
�i 8508 RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED
I� WITH.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
ji OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

}I Section 1. That the following described real property be
1 rezoned from R-2 Residential to S Special Development; To wit:

I� The west half of the Southeast quarter of Section 24, Township 44 ,

II Range 12 , also the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter
M± of Section 24 , Township 44, Range 12 , Cole County, Missouri,

All that part of the west half of the Southeast quarter and all
that part of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter that
lies westerly of the County Road known as the Tanner Bridge Road,
all in Section 24 , Township 44 , Range 12, Cole County, Missouri.

Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
