ORDINANCE NUMBER 7681 BY INCREASING PAYMENT FOR COPIES OF
ACCIDENT REPORTS OR CRIMINAL RECORDS OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
FROM $1.00 TO $2. 00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 1 to read as follows:
"Every person, firm or corporation desiring
to secure a copy of an accident report or of
°; any criminal record of the city police
department shall pay Two ($2.00) Dollars for
each copy received.
Section 2.. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
