AN ORDINANCE OF THE, CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CLERK OF THE CITY TO EXECUTE A.
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF MISSOURI , BOARD OF
PUBLIC BUILDINGS, RELATING TO MAINTENANCE SERVICES ON THE
DRIVES AND PERIPHERAL PARKING AREAS AROUND THE CAPITOL
BUILDING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City are hereby
authorized and directed, for and in the name of the City, to
execute a maintenance agreement with the State Of Missouri ,
Board of Public Buildings , relating to maintenance services
on the drives and peripheral parking areas around the Capitol
Building.
SECTION 2 . Said maintenance agreement shall read in words
and figures as follows :

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.

MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
This agreement executed on this day
of ,��J , 1973, by and between the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, and the State of Missouri,
Board of Public Building.
The City of Jefferson will provide the following
maintenance services on the drives and peripheral park-
ing areas around the Capitol Building for the sum of
$100 per month:
1 . Cindering for ice and snow,
2. Lane marking for movement of traffic,
3 . Patching of chuck holes.
The above stated figure would not include the
application of an asphaltic concrete overlay, street
sweeping, or flushing.
