AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF
1JEFFERSON, BY PROHIBITING PARKING IN THE EAST-WEST ALLEY BETWEEN
(ICAPITOL AVENUE AND STATE STREET EXTENDING FROM MARSHALL STREET
TO LAFAYETTE STREET.
IBE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 10. 100, Section A, Parking
(prohibited at all times, where, by adding a new paragraph to be
inumbered (147) and to read as follows:
(147) "In the east-west alley between Capitol
Avenue and State Street extending from
Marshall Street to Lafayette Street. "
Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
