AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 85089 BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
WARD One
GENERAL LOCATION
ZONING CHANGE FROM RS Single Family
TO RD Two-Family
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 8508 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from RS Single Family Dwelling to RD Two-Family Dwelling,
and the following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
accordingly:
The westerly 1,000 ' of the NW k, NE k, Section 21,
Township 44, Range 11, and a triangular piece of
land described as follows:
Beginning at the NW Corner, SW k, NE k, Section 21,
Township 44, Range 11; thence south along the centerline
of Section 21 to the centerline of Hutton Lane; thence
in a north easterly direction along the centerline of
Hutton .Lane extended to the south line of the NW k, NE
Section 21, Township 44, Range 11; thence in a westerly
direction along said south line of the NW k, NE to the
point of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after the date of its passage and approval.
