AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDINJ
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,AS
INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING CERTAIN SPECIFICALLY
DESCRIBED LAND.
WARD Two
GENERAL LOCATION 100 West McCarty Street
ZONING CHANGE FROM RA
TO C-3, Central Commercial District
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties ; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 8508 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from RA to C-3, Central Commercial District, and the
following described property is and it is hereby rezoned accord-
ingly:
Part of Inlot 583 in the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of said
Inlot No. 583, thence westerly along the northerly
line of said Inlot 76 feet 102 inches to the easterly
line of the Lot sold to H. S. Dewey, as shown of record
in Book 14, Page 331, Cole County Recorder's Office,
thence southerly along the easterly line of said Dewey
Lot, 198 feet 9 inches to the alley, thence easterly
along said alley 76 feet 102 inches, thence northerly
parallel with the Easterly line of said Inlot 198 feet
9 inches to the point of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after the date of its passage and approval.
