ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177 , THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY PROVIDING FOR A LOADING ZONE AT 208 WEST MCCARTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF Tim,. CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8177 , The Parking and
Traffic Code, Section 10. 190 , Loading Zones ; location of ,
Sub. -Section 4 , by eliminating the present Paragraph (10) and
inserting in lieu thereof a new Paragraph (10) , which will read
as follows :
(10) On the north side of McCarty Street between
AM points 130 and 168 feet west of the west curb
of Washington Street , between 7 :00 A.M. and
3: 00 A.M. of between 4 : 00 P.M. and 6 : 00 P.M.
on any day of the week except Sunday.
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
