AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON REPEALING ORDINANCES NUMBER
8588, PRESCRIBING BUILDING CODE; NUMBER 8589, PRESCRIBING HOUSING
CODE; NUMBER 85909 PRESCRIBING ELECTRICAL CODE; NUMBER 85919
PRESCRIBING PLUMBING CODE; FOR AN EXTRATERRITORIAL TWO-MILE ZONE
SURROUNDING THE CITY OF JEFFERSON IN COLE COUNTY, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinances No. 8588, prescribing Building Code,
No. 8589, prescribing Housing Code, No. 8590, prescribing
Electrical Code, and No. 8591, prescribing Plumbing Code, all for
an extraterritorial two-mile zone surrounding the City of
Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, be and the same are hereby
repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
