IAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF CAMELOT SOUTH SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Larry and Arleta Brickey and Louis and Noami
Vetter, owners of the real estate hereinafter described, and
situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to
the Council for approval a plat of said real estate, being
located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more
particularly described as follows :
Part of the southeast quarter of the southeast
quarter of Section 24, Township 44, Range 12, in
the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri,
and more particularly described as follows:
From the southeast corner of said Section 24;
thence N 4°21 '43"W, along the Range Line, 178.20
feet to the southwest corner of Section 19,
Township 44, Range 11, and the point of beginning
for this description; thence continuing N4 21 '43"W,
along the Range Line, 1207. 81 feet to northeasterly
corner of a tract conveyed to Harry L. Slicker and
wife, by deed of record in Book 120, page 251, Cole
County Recorder' s Office; thence S84°51 16"W, along
the north line of said Slicker tract, 1021.36 feet;
thence S21°39'30"E, 638.50 feet; thence S68°16 '15"W,
203.70 feet to the east line of Tanner Bridge Road;
thence S2O°58 '15"E, 60.0 feet; thence N68°16 '51"E,
204.42 feet; thence S21 039 '30"E, 600.35 feet to the
northwest corner of a tract conveyed to Gilbert
Hoffman, by deed of record in Book 136, page 274,
Cole County Recorder's Office; thence N81°28 ' 1301E,
along the north line of said Hoffman tract, 636. 78
feet to the point of beginning. Containing in all
23.68 acres, more or less . Bearings are magnetic.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Camelot South Subdivision, that all taxes
have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of
Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and amendments
ereto, entitled "Plats", have been fully complied with by the
aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all respects the
requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been
complied with, NOW THEREFORE:

The plat of land of Larry and Arleta Brickey and Louis and
Naomi Vetter, known and referred to as Camelot South Subdivision,
lying, being and situate within the corporate limits of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached
and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted
by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the
Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, after the passage and approval of this ordinance, are
given the authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance
of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of same under
the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval
