ORDINANCE NO. G 36-
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF OAK VALLEY WEST SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, i
AS FOLLOWS: i
Section 1. Larry and Arleta Brickey and Louis and Naomi
Vetter, owners of the real estate hereinafter described, and
situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to
the Council for approval a plat of said real estate, being located
in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows :
Part of the northeast quarter of the northwest
quarter of Section 10, Township 44 N. , Range 12 W. ,
in the County of Cole, City of Jefferson, Missouri,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the
northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of said
Section 10, thence N 830 02 '18"E, along the Section
Line, 1387.94 feet to the Quarter Section Line;
thence 55° 10 '30"E, along the Quarter Section Line,
938. 71 feet to the north line of Country Club Drive;
thence westerly along said north line on the
following courses and distances ; N84° 56 '40"W, 4.95
feet; thence 550 03 '20"W, 25.0 feet; thence
N840 56 '40" W, 1050. 79 feet; thence N5° 03 '20" E,
10.0 feet; thence N84° 56 '40"W, 334.47 feet to the
Quarter Quarter Section Line; thence leaving the
north line of said Country Club Drive, N6° 36 'W,
along the Quarter Quarter Section Line, 663.49 feet
to the point of beginning. Containing in all 25.82
acres , more or less . Bearings are magnetic.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Oak Valley West Subdivision, that all
taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of
Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and amendments
thereto, entitled "Plats", have been fully complied with by the
aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all respects the
requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been
complied with, NOW THEREFORE:

The plat of land of Larry and Arleta Brickey and Louis and
Naomi Vetter, known and referred to as Oak Valley West Subdivision,
lying, being and situate within the corporate limits of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached
and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted
by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the
Mh
Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, after the passage and approval of this ordinance are
given the authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance
of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of same under
the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
