ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON GRANTING TO ALL REGULAR CITY
EMPLOYEES (EXCEPT ELECTED OFFICIALS) A TEN (10%) PER CENT COST OF
LIVING INCREASE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS: .
Section 1. Due to the spiral rise in all purchaseable
products , a ten (10%) per cent cost of living increase is hereby
granted to all regular City Employees (except Elected Officials) .
This is in addition to salaries otherwise provided by Ordinance.
Section 2. This Ordinance will be in force and effect
retroactive to May 1, 1974.
