(j MISSOURI AS. INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 85081 BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.

WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth for
11rezoning; and a hearing held on said change, after due notice
to all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
