AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 8413,E
RELATING TO THE COMMISSION ON ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY FOR THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, BY INCREASING THE NUMBER OF COUNCIL MEMBERS THEREON.1
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8413, relating to the
Commission on Environmental Quality, by striking Paragraph "A"
of Section 2 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"A. Two (2) members of the City Council,
chosen by the Council."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
Ieffect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
