AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON AMENDING THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1956, RELATING TO THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION, BY INCREASING THE NUMBER OF
COUNCIL MEMBERS THEREON.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend the Revised Ordinances of the City of
Jefferson, 1956, Chapter XXI, Section 1047, by changing the first
sentence of said Section to read as follows :
"Section 1047. Members - - The City Planning
and Zoning Commission shall consist of thirteen
(13) members, four (4) of whom shall be the
Mayor, the City Engineer and two (2) members of
the Council.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
