AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DIS'T'RICT # 126 , DEFINING BOUND-
ARIES THEREOF AND PROVIDING FOR THE I11PROVEMENT AND CONSTRUC'T'ION
OF SEWERS IN SAID SEWER DISTRICT #126 WITHIN THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . That the City Council of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri , hereby declare that it deems it necessary
for the health and comfort of the inhabitants of the City,
and for sanitary purposes , that there must be constructed
and improvements made as soon as possible in Sewer District
#126 as established and defined herein, a sanitary sewer,
and it is ordered that the same be made and constructed with-
out unnecessary delay, and that line "A" of said district
sewer connect to a sewer at Station 2+10 Line "E" Cedar Hill-
Sun Valley, Private Sewer #282 and that Line "B" connect
to proposed M.H. Station 6+89. 30 of the above mentioned
Line "A" .
SECTION 2 . Sewer District #126 is hereby established
with boundaries as follows :
Part of the South half of Section 13, Township 44, Range
12 , Cole County, Missouri , and more particularly described as
follows :
1 . All of Lots 811, 9I , 10J, 11K, 12L, and 13PI of Crader
Addition as per plat of record in Plat Book 5, page
65 in the Cole County Recorder' s Office .
2 . The Northerly 150 feet of Lots 14N, 150, 16P, 17Q,
and 18R of above mentioned Crader Addition_.
3. Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 14N of
Crader Addition; thence South along the East line
of Lot 14N for a distance of 75 feet; thence North
89° 52 ' East for a distance of 160 feet; thence
Southerly parallel with the East line of Lot 14N
a distance of 75 feet ; thence North 89°52 ' East
for a distance of 103 feet to the West line of
Southwest Boulevard; thence Northwesterly along
the {Vest line of Southwest Boulevard to the South
line of Crader Drive; thence West along -the South
line of Crader Drive for a distance of 239 .feet to
the point of beginning .
4. Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 8H of
Crader Addition; thence Northwesterly along the
West line of Southwest Boulevard for a distance of
144.6 feet to the South line of Sun Valley Drive;
thence Westerly along the South line of Sun Valley
Drive for a distance of 240 feet; thence South
150 feet to a point on the North line of Lot 10J
of Crader Addition, said point being 40 feet West
of the Northeast earner thereof, thence East along
the Northerly lines of Lots 10J , JI and 81.1 of Crader
Addition to the West line of Southwest Boulevard and
the point of beginning.
SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be as follows :
Line "A" of Sewer District #126 shall begin at Station
2+10 of Line "E" of Private Sewer No . 282 ; thence deflecting
64° 32 ' right for a distance of 159 .65 feet ; thence deflecting
40°12 ' left for a distance of 167. 19 feet; thence deflecting
20 012 ' left for a distance of 526 . 46 feet to the point of
termination of Line "A" .
Line "B" of Sewer District #126 shall begin at Station
6+89 . 30 of above described Line "A" ; thence deflecting
94 030 ' left for a distance of 159 . 05 feet; thence deflecting
90 041 ' right for a distance of 129 . 20 feet to the point of
termination of Line "B" .
SECTION 4 . Said sewer shall be constructed in all
respects as provided by ordinance and shall be constructed
according to the plans and specifications on file in the
office of the Director of Public Works . All crafts and classes
of labor used in construction of this sewer shall be paid the
prevailing hourly rate as determined by the Department of
Labor and Industrial Relations for the State of *4issouri .
SECTION 5 . This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval .
