AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE, BY ELIMINATING
THE YIELD SIGN ON WEST ELM AT BOLIVAR AND ESTABLISHING A STOP SIGN
REQUIRING TRAFFIC TO STOP ON WEST ELM STREET BEFORE ENTERING
BOLIVAR STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Repeal Section 6.160 Paragraph (7) Right of
Way; s2eci.fic intersections, eliminating the yield sign on West
IElm at Bolivar.
Section 2. Amend Section 6. 190, Sto2 Si ns, Section B
by adding a new paragraph to be numbered (528) and to read as
follows:
(528) "Elm Street before entering Bolivar Street"
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
