AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING
ORDINANCE 8211 AND THEREBY RESTORING TO THE PARK BOARD AND THE
AIRPORT COMMISSION UTILITY TAX FUNDS APPROPRIATED AND SET ASIDE
FOR THE LAGERS FUND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Ordinance 8,211 is hereby repealed and the 25%
portion of the funds derived from the utility taxes appropriated
to the retirement fund known as Lagers - Local Government
Employees Retirement System Fund is hereby restored and
reappropriated to the Park Board and the Airport Commission
for their use.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
