IAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON -AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
8528 ADOPTING THE BOCA BASIC BUILDING CODE BY ADOPTING THE BOCA
BASIC BUILDING CODE ACCUMULATIVE SUPPLEMENT 1973.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
I
Section 1. Adoption of BOCA Basic Building Code Accumulative
Supplement 1973. It is hereby adopted by the City Council of the
City of Jefferson for the purposes of regulating the construction,
lalteration and equipment of buildings and other structures, the
1973 Accumulative Supplement to the BOCA Basic Building Code, 5th
Edition, 1970-71 which is filed in the office of the City Clerk
of the City of Jefferson.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
