AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
+ MISSOURI AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 8508 BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.

WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth for
rezoning; and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
tall parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 8508 have been complied with
NOW THEREFORE., BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from RA Multiple Dwelling to C-2 General .Commercial and
the following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
( accordingly:

North, Range 11 West, Cole County, Missouri, more parti-
cularly described as follows: Starting at the NW corner,
