AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT #126-A, DEFINING BOUND-
ARIES THEREOF AND PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEMEN'r AND CONSTRUCTION
OF SEWERS IN SAID SEWER DISTRICT #126-A, WITHIN THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declare that it deems it necessary for the
health and comfort of the inhabitants of the City, and for
sanitary purposes, that there must be constructed and improve-
ments made as soon as possible in Sewer District #126-A as
established and defined herein, a sanitary sewer, and it is

ordered that the same be made and constructed without un-
necessary delay, and that line "A" of said district sewer
connect to a sewer at Station 15+49 . 06 Subtrunk "A" , Frog
Hollow Main.
SECTION 2. Sewer District #126-A is hereby established
with boundaries as follows :
Part of the South half of Section 13, Township 44 ,
Range 12 , Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows :
1 . The Northerly 120 feet of Lot 195 of Crader
Addition as per plat of record in Plat Book 5,
page 65, in the Cole County Recorder 's Office .

2. The Northerly 100 . 84 feet of Lot 20T of Crader
Addition as per plat of record in Plat Book 5,
page 65, in the Cole County Recorder ' s Office .
3. Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 20T of
Crader Addition; thence South along the East
line of Lot 20T for a distance of 150 feet;
thence North 89 052 ' East, for a distance of 360
feet; thence Northerly parallel with the East
line of Lot 20T, a distance of 150 feet, to the
South line of Crader Drive ; thence West along
the South line of Crader Drive for a distance of
360 feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be as follows :
Line "A" of Sewer District #126-A, shall begin at Station
15+49. 06 Subtrunk "A" Frog Hollow main; thence deflecting
91°08 ' left, for a distance of 272. 83 feet; thence deflecting
2 026 ' right, for a distance of 427.17 .feet to the point of
termination of Line "A" .
qP NOTE: Line "A" of Sewer District #126-A, shall be the
same as proposed Line E of proposed Private Sewer
No. 182 .

SECTION 4 . Said sewer shall be constructed in all
respects as provided by ordinance and shall be constructed
according to the plans and specifications on file in the
office of the Director of Public Works . All crafts and
classes of labor used in construction of this sewer shall be
paid the prevailing hourly rate as determined by the Depart-
ment of Labor and Industrial Relations for the State of
Missouri .
SECTION S. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval .
