ORDINANCE NO. gs 2 -
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL PENALTIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 13.010, Penalties, by adding a
new subparagraph to be numbered (3) and to read as follows :
(3) "In addition to the penalties provided
in Paragraph 1, above, any person
violating any provisions of Sections
1. 010 through 11.050 may be ordered
to attend a drivers education or
training program or defensive drivers'
program approved by the Court.
'I Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and

effect from and after its passage and approval.
