ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY ELIMINATING NO PARKING ON THE EAST
HALF OF ADAMS BETWEEN MCCARTY AND MILLER, AND ESTABLISHING
NO PARKING ON THE EAST HALF OF ADAMS FROM THE ALLEY TO
MILLER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNC[L OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Repeal Section 10. 100, subsection A,
paragraph (22) and enacting a new paragraph (22) to read
as follows :
(22) "On the east half of Adams from the alley
to Miller. "
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
