AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ,JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF LANDWEHR HILLS SUBDIVISION, SECTION 5, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Frank J. and Mildred Ann Landwehr, owners of the
real estate hereinafter described, and situated in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council for approval
a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole
County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows :
Part of the west half of the northeast quarter and
a part of the east half of the northwest quarter, all
in Section 21, Township 44 N, Range 11 W, in the City
of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, and being more
particularly described as follows :
From the southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of
the Northeast Quarter of said Section 21; thence
N 4° 33 ' 28" W, along the Quarter Section Line, 33. 91
feet to the point of beginning for this description;
thence continuing N V 33 ' 28 ' W, along the Quarter
Section Line, 245.24 feet; thence N 65 16 ' 32" E,
686. 72 feet• thence N 73° 10 ' 37" E, 131. 36 feet;
thence S 42� 05 ' 16" E, 218.0 feet; thence southwesterly
on a curve to the right, having a radius of 436.18 feet,
a distance of 9 .18 feet; thence S 40° 52' 53" E, 226.16
feet, thence S 65° 16 ' 32" W, 485.43 feet to the Quarter
Quarter Section Line; thence S 83° 52 ' 09" W, along the
Quarter .Quarter Section Line, 312. 95 feet; thence
S 570 37' 26" W, 298.38 feet to the Quarter Section
Line; thence N 4° 33' 28" W, along the Quarter Section
Line, 33.0 feet to the north line of Hutton Lane;
thence S 550 46 ' 32" W, along the north line of said
Hutton Lane, 132.09 feet; thence northeasterly, on a
curve to the left, having a radius of 166.0 feet, a
distance of 144.86 feet; thence northeasterly, on a
curve to the right, having a radius of 226.0 feet, a
distance of 90.93 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing in all, 8.988 acres . Bearings are magnetic.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 5,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949,
and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats", have been fully complied
with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all
respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions
have been complied with, NOW THEREFORE:
The plat of land of Frank J. and Mildred Ann Landwehr, known
and referred to as Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 5, lying,
being and situate within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached and
made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by
the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor
of said City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
after the passage and approval of this ordinance, are given the
authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said
plat thereon and to certify to the approval of same under the seal
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri .
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
