AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF HOLIDAY HILLS ESTATES, SECTION 2, A SUBDIVI-
SION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Robert J. and Edith E. Major and Keith W. and
Gladys M. Major, owners of the real estate hereinafter described,
and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted
to the Council for approval a plat of said real estate, being
located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more
particularly described as follows :
Part of Outlot Number 91 to the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, being in part of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 18, Township 44 North, Range 11 West, in the
County of Cole, Missouri, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwesterly Corner of Lot Number 41
of Holiday Hills Estates , Section 1, in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 87,
Cole County Recorders Office, thence N 85° 44' E, along
the Southerly lines of Lot Mos . 41, 40 and 39 of said
Holiday Hills Estates , Section 1, 400. 12 feet to the
Southeasterly corner of said Lot 39; thence leaving said
Southerly line, S 04° 29' 03" E, 110.17 feet; thence
S 54° 25 ' E, parallel to the Northerly line of said
Outlot 91, 597.18 feet to the Westerly line of Lafayette
Street; thence S 35° 43' 30" W along said Westerly line,
300,0 feet; thence leaving said Westerly line N 540; 251W,
parallel to the Northerly line of said Outlot 91, 972.35
feet to the Easterly line of Jackson Street; thence
N 350 02 ' E along said Easterly line, 126. 77 feet to the
point of beginning. Containing in all 6.46 acres, more
or less . Bearings are magnetic.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Holiday Hills Estates , Section 2, that all
taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of
Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and amendments
thereto, entitled "Plats", have been fully complied with by the
aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all respects the
requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been
complied with, NOW THEREFORE:

The plat of land of Robert J. and Edith E. Major and Keith W.
and Gladys M. Major, known and referred to as Holiday Hills Estates
Section 2, lying being and situate within the corporate limits of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto
attached and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
and the Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, after the passage and approval of this
ordinance, are given the authority and are hereby directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the
approval of same under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
