AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING !
ORDINANCE NO. 85549 AND CHANGING, AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ;
ORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING CERTAIN SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.

WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth for rezoning,
have been complied with, and a hearing held on said change, after
due notice to all parties ; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in r
Ordinance 8508 have been complied with,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ISection 1, That Ordinance No. 8554 be and the same is hereby ,
1 repealed.
Section 2. That the following described real property be
rezoned from RS-2 Single Family Dwelling to RA Multiple Dwelling,
and the following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
