�* AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON RELATING TO FEES TO BE CHARGED
BY THE PARKING AUTHORITY FOR CERTAIN PARKING FACILITIES.
a, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The Parking Authority is hereby authorized to
charge the following fees for each parking space each month as follows :
a. On Lot No. 1 , 200 Jefferson Street -- $ per
month.. .
b. Lot No. 23, 200 East Capitol $15.00 per month.
C. Lot No. 4, 200 Monroe -- $9. 00 per month.
d,. Lot- . No. 13, 300 East High -- $8. 00 per month.
e. Lot'.No.' 17, 100 Monroe -- $7. 00 per month.-
f. Lot No. 22, 100 East McCarty -- $7.00 pe.r. month.
g. Lot No. 24, 400 Monroe -- $6.00 per month.
h. First floor of the parking garage -- $23.00 per
month, except that two (2) substandard spaces for compact vehicles
shall be $15. 00 per month.
Section 2. ' T)iis'' ordinance shall become effective on March 1,
1975 except that four .spaces' _paid. quarterly in advance for the first
quarter, of 1975 it shall become effective April 1, 1975.
