AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
GENERAL LOCATION Dix Road and Industrial Blvd.
ZONING CHANGE FROM RS-3 to RA
iI WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties ; and
Afflk WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 8508 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described property be rezoned
from RS-3 to RA, and the following described property is and it is
hereby rezoned accordingly:
Part of the southwest quarter of Section 1, Township 44,
north, Range 12, west, more particularly described as :
Beginning at a point on the east line of Dix Road
30 feet east of the west line, and 357 feet south of the
north line of said fourth quarter section; thence south
and along with the east line of Dix Road, 232.6 feet to
the north right of way line of Missouri Pacific Railroad;
thence south 66 degrees and 30 minutes east, along and with
said right of way, 254 feet; thence north 15 degrees east,
346 feet , more or less ; thence in a westerly direction
322.0 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approv 1.
