AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
AS ENACTED IN ORDINANCE NO. 8508 BY REZONING WEST MCCARTY
STREET FROM BROOKS STREET TO FULKERSON STREET FROM ZONE RA TO
ZONE C-2 , GENERAL COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE
NO. 8508 RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED
WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property
be rezoned from RA to C-2, General Commercial, to wit:
The entire one-half block of West McCarty Street
lying between Brooks Street on the west, and
Fulkerson Street on the east.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
