AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AMENDING,
CHANGING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
AS ENACTED IN ORDINANCE NO. 8508 BY REZONING CERTAIN SPECIFICALLY
DESCRIBED LAND FROM RS-2 DISTRICT TO RA DISTRICT.
� WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH . IN ORDINANCE
NO. 8508 RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED
11WITH.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
® CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the ft.lowing described real property
be rezoned from RS-2 to RA, to wit:
Part of the southeast quarter of the southwest
II quarter of section 13 , township 44 , range 12,
City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri.
Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
