'PTO. 8604 , RELATING TO SALARIES AND EXPENSE ACCOUNTS OF CITY
EXECUTIVES, APPOINTED OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES BY ADOPTING A NEW
,SECTION RELATING TO THE SALARY AND EXPENSE ACCOUNT OF THE CITY
�ICOLLECTOR.
jjBE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
,MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Subsection (6) of Ordinance No. 8604 is hereby
�Iamended to read as follows:

(6) The City Collector shall receive the sum of $ ,
per month as salary, and in addition thereto the City Collector
shall receive, on the delinquent taxes, a sum equal to four (%)
Iper cent of the amount of all delinquent taxes plus the penalty
thereon, which amount shall be added to the amount owed by the
IIdelinquent taxpayer and collected from the person paying said
;;delinquent taxes.

' Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and
1after its passage and approval.
