sj ORDINANCE NO. 8713 AND AMENDING , CHANGING AND MODIFYING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS ENACTED IN ORDINANCE
NO. 8508 BY REZONING CERTAIN SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND t
FROM RS-2 TO RD DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE
NO. 8508 RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COM-
PLIED WITH.
J NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . That the following described real property
